Waterborne Line Paint's BenefitsWaterborne paint is becoming more and more common in today's world. It is a water and latex based paint. Though it sounds the same as the paint used to redecorate your home, it is drastically different. standard latex paint that is used in residential and commercial painting has very different properties than line striping paint.

When talking about pricing, there is about a 25% difference in cost of waterborne paint vs Alkyd / Solvent based paint, however in Alberta water based paint tends to last one maybe two seasons before needing to be repainted. Waterborne paint can typically be applied at tempertures of 10 degrees celsius or warmer
The other benefit is the lower VOC and other conteminates. Waterborne paint is a great solution when you consider the increased need to be compliant with regulations and protecting the planet. Certain areas waterborne paint is the only option where it can be used safely.
Alkyd or what is more commonley referred to as a solvent based paint is still used today, it is much safer than the traditional oil based or lead based paint that was its predecessor. Today's solvent based paints are a great solution for just about any job!

We have a full line up of your common stencils to keep your parking lot looking great. Each stencil gives uniformity to each symbol. Every Handicap/Accesible stall will be identical sizing and square. Each "No Parking Fire Lane" will be evenly spaced wording, letters etc.
